Vanilla Ice Cream - Refill Pack
Our do it yourself ice cream is sweetened only with maltose and glucose. With this quick, low-lactose and, above all, delicious mix, nothing stands between you and an ice cream treat at home. The mellow, full-bodied vanilla flavor can be supplemented with a variety of ingredients or toppings, including our Chocolate Milk Powder. This ice cream pack can be very easily prepared with the Frusano Shaker. Yields approx. 300g of ready-made ice cream.

Organic ice cream powder
Ingredients: organic dextrose, organic glucose syrup, organic milk protein, organic maltodextrin, organic coconut fat, thickeners: organic guar gum, organic locust bean gum, xanthan gum, emulsifier: organic soy lecithin, natural Bourbon vanilla flavor.

Nutrition declaration per 100mlprepared ice cream, product prepared withlactose-free milk (3,5% fat). Without sorbitol, without sweeteners in accordance with law.
Preparation:
1. Pour 200ml cold low FODMAP milk (lactose free, or plant based) into the shaker.
2. Add ice cream powder.
3. Place strainer inside lid.
4. Put lid on and shake for about 2 minutes.
5. Leave ice cream mixture in the shaker and freeze for at least 5 hours.
Even creamier: Replace half of the milk with a low FODMAP heavy cream (lactose free or plant based).
More airy: After 2 hours in the freezer, shake shaker again for 2 minutes and put back.
